Jordan Ingoe
CEO
Jordan has spent the last twenty years leading various companies within the construction sector, including six years with Ingoe Oils which generated an annual turnover of £3.5 million, before founding The Padel Group in 2022.
Morgan Davies
Chairman
Morgan founded the Barburrito restaurant chain in 2005 and built it to sixteen restaurants generating turnover in excess of £15 million prior to selling to TRG in 2022. Prior to Barburrito Morgan was a management consultant with Anderson Consulting.
Steve Herring
Finance Director
Steve has spent the last twenty years in Board level finance roles with private and private equity backed businesses primarily in retail, leisure and hospitality. Most recently, Steve was finance director of the restaurant business Barburrito for nine years and oversaw its sale to TRG plc in 2022
